Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary plus competitive equity

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Engineer to lead critical development projects across our full technology stack and support the operations behind a growing Enterprise SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has proven experience developing AI-powered applications, and is eager to stay ahead of the rapid changes that AI is bringing to software development and product design.

You'll work directly with the VP of Engineering in a hybrid individual contributor/technical leadership capacity, influencing product direction and technology strategy while primarily executing hands-on work. Our ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor with a growth mindset, bold in challenging assumptions, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to web application and data pipeline development across our full stack
  • Identify and execute on technology improvement projects such as architecture changes or introducing new libraries, frameworks, and external API based services
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team on the definition and scoping of new features and solutions
  • Take point on US based technical support needs (complementing our offshore development team)
  • Support the VP of Engineering on overall technology strategy and operations
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience including 2+ years at startups
  • Proficient with Python, Django, and SQL
  • Experience building React based web applications
  • Experience working hands on with AWS
  • This is a remote position but all candidates must be based in the US and willing to travel up to once per quarter to meet with other team members
