The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of DocVocate's strategic product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has proven experience developing
AI-powered applications, and is eager to define the next generation of RCM solutions.

You will work closely with team members at all levels of the organization to define the products that will realize the strategic vision for the company. Our ideal candidate is well versed in the RCM landscape as well as the evolving capabilities that AI is bringing to the table. They are an experienced product manager who thrives working with data, possesses a growth mindset, is bold in challenging assumptions, and is committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your product areas - from research and market analysis through product definition, design, development, and successful customer utilization
  • Document product requirements for engineering execution
  • Conduct iterative product reviews and acceptance testing to ensure that developed features meet the targeted business needs, high quality standards, and modern usability expectations
  • Partner with engineering leads on evaluating and optimizing integrations with AI and other technology partners in support of our product offering
  • Perform the data analysis necessary to track product utilization, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that the product is helping our customers to maximize the revenue they receive for services rendered
  • Interface directly with clients and prospects to understand the market needs and to ensure that the product is being utilized effectively
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years in product management, technical program management, or engineering, ideally in healthcare, RCM, or other data-intensive Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience developing and deploying AI features
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field (advanced degree a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of RCM workflows and the RCM technology ecosystem
  • Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products
  • Software Engineering and/or Data Science training and work experience
